About the event
This week our community and many of our friends are celebrating the Astro-Solar New Year, in Sinhala Avurudu, in Thai Songkran, and in Khmer Choul Chnam Thmey -- a time of renewal, forgiveness, and honoring our elders and ancestors, and here at the monastery it feels distinctly that the season is turning to springtime.
Community New Year Celebration
You are welcome to join a gathering at Dhammadharini Monastery on Saturday, April 12th, to celebrate the New Year - a lovely springtime gathering of old & new friends.
We’d love for you to join us! This event will be in-person only, outdoors in our dana sala.
