Dear Venerables and Dhamma friends, we are in our 'transition week' now preparing to enter into our Dhammadharini Bhikkhunī Sangha's three months-long winter retreat. This annual retreat lasts through the end of March, emerging beginning of April 2024 to greet and share blessings with all our Buddhist friends for the South & Southeast Asian Astro-Solar New Year.

I would like to share with you this talk i gave in Sri Lanka at the Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall in early January 2019, which FB reminded me of today: "Meeting the Churnings of Samsāra Fruitfully with the Path". How many churnings there have been in the years since!! And truly, it is such a perennial topic.

Such a useful turnaround of attitude and orientation, with such enormous personal and social gain.

This talk was well-attended in person, and was some time later posted to a then-brand-new YouTube channel which was not developed afterwards, so it hasn't been seen. The link is here. May it now be of blessing and benefit! Even if you don't watch or listen to the talk, please take at least the meaning of the title of the talk for your Dhamma contemplation, resolve, and personal training and practice.
