Inspired by the Theravada forest traditions, Aranya Bodhi: Awakening Forest Hermitage is a rustic, rugged, "off the grid" Buddhist women's monastic hermitage on 100+ acres of mountain forest and meadows on the Northern California Sonoma Coast.

Established by Ayya Suddhamma in 2004, the Carolina Buddhist Vihara is now served by Ayya Suddina as the resident monastic. The Carolina Buddhist Vihara offers the teachings of the Buddha to all who are interested in learning to break through the bonds of greed, hatred, and delusion and seek to find lasting peace in this life and the next.Charlotte Buddhist Vihara was founded by Ayya Suddhama in July 2013. Their mission is to develop their own practice while also freely sharing their skills with the community.
